pengalaman bekerja bersama warga India a.k.a tempe (nama glamer) :-


benda-benda yang cukup buat ko rase fed up bile bekerja ngan tempe ialah:


1) diorang tak boleh differentiate between 'nice' and ' dumb'
.
.
.
2) mereka(PG) akan bagi kerja kepada orang yg buat kerja SAHAJA...
orang yg suka lari2 dari kerja? naaaahh..mereka tidak ambil peduli nak bagi pun kat golongan itu (sape nak jadik rajen kalo macam ini?)
.
.
.
3) setelah pembahagian tugas2 dilakukan secara adil dan sama rata initially ; orang yg cekap dan pantas buat kerja,akan di beri kerja tambahan berbanding orang yang buat kerja lembab macam siput sedut. . sebab?da abes kerja..bagi la lagi~ (sape nak buat kerja pantas2 kalo begini?)

4) intern2 yang patuh dan bekerja mengikut arahan adalah golongan yg paling senang disuruh dan dibuli (suruh ape sahaja okeh..ko da balik rumah,tapi PG suruh ko datang hospital semula check BP 1 patient or suruh ambil kan investigations forms..ye..ambil sahaja dan bagi kepada PG..bukan fill in ye..)

5) intern2 yang suka mengelat dan lari2 lagi licik adalah golongan yg beruntung..
ko tak nak datang,ko tak nak buat kerja,ko nak datang sign attendance je.. nobody really cares..takde sape bother nak call ko..as long as kerja yg sedia ada siap (ye,disiap kan oleh golongan yg patuh itu)

6) kalo rakan setugas ko mengelat,tak datang kerja,pastu kerja2 dia semua pending...
orang2 yang akan dimarah kerana tugas itu tidak disiapkan ialah orang2 yg datang kerja pada ketika itu..( n of course..kerja2 tertangguh itu akan disiapkan oleh orang2 yg datang)

day 3 Ortho

(currently listening to 'gerenti beres' by KRU...dok ulang2..macam catchy pulak lagu ini )

7.50 am - pergi kerja
9.10am - balik kerja (yeeeeee...balik kerja)

premjit said can go.done for the day.
dah dia kate boleh balik,takkan la aku nak buat2 poyo nak stay pulak kan.

sangat..sangat..sangat.. rase tak tau nak buat ape (okeh..mainly sebab tengah puase)
kalau tak puase,boleh la jugak masak2..makan2..
masak2 lagi..makan2 lagi.. (makan sampai kembong)

sedap siket nak layan movies/dramas/series kalau boleh ngap..ngap..ngap

so,apekah yang telah aku lakukan

9.30 am - tengok arrested development (sambil baring)
10 am - tengok arrested development (lagi)
10.30am - merenung facebook
11 am - okeh..da tak boleh tahan dah..lame beno ngadap laptop sambil baring nih..dapat bed sores karanggg..

puffff...! hilang pergi dapur.
prepare nak masak ape untuk berbuka ( awal gile okeh???)
abes dah semua bawang,cili,sayur ku potong..ku blend..
tinggal nak campak dalam kuali je jap lagi..
rasa macam dah slow motion abes dah ni buat keje kat dapur..

skali tengok jam..

hah?? baru pukul 12.30........

nak buat ape lagi nih??

p/s: haih..aku suke je abes keje awal.tapi,bukan ini macam...feels bad being totally clueless,invisible,don't know wuts happening at all.

ONLY to them.
personally met each n everyone,then gave it.


today:
17/8/10
went to surgery office,
to meet d secretary,
asking for my completion certificate as i finished surgery posting long back,
(hey you..i got d green book signed already by anand rao.ur job is just to print the certificate which took less than 5 minutes.i can meet HOD on my own if u r too 'BUSY')

scene started:
(in that very very tiny office-me,secretary A,secretary B,Bhat sir were ther)

me : (talking to secretary A) i came for completion certificate

secretary A : where's ur green book?leave it here.u can take it back tomorrow along wit the certificate.

me : ok fine.so i dont have to meet sampath sir personally to get it signed?

secretary A : yup

suddenly a SUARA SUMBANG was heard.

secretary B : dont give her d certificate.she didnt give me the 'thing' that day.she gave to everyone,outside,but us. (sambil buat muka emo tahap gampang)

me : (berapi..berapi..berapi..berapi...$@^#%^&$*&%^ KO PEHAL???)

secretary B : (continue talking nih..) make her wait..let her wait for 2-3 days.dont give it tomorrow.

secretary A : (look at me.smile.dont know wut to say i guess)

me : (bersabar..bersabar..trying to be polite coz Bhat sir was there)

me : i gave to MY UNIT ONLY (ignoring,didnt bother to lawan cakap with secreatary B bcoz i still have some respect 4 Bhat sir. n i wont 'pujuk' the secretary B oso.never.why should i ?)

4- selongkar/geledah drawers anesthetist dengan jaye nye

5- prepare patients,monitor patients

6- main2/cuit2/usik2 mesen2 dalam OT

7- godek2 drugs dalam drawer/tray

8- oh ye..dan tak lupe juge..makin banyak geng dalam OT dari golongan PG2 anaes..(sebab hari2 pun jumpe orang baru)

at 8.30pm

..belom mandi lagi
..takde internet kat laptop
..da penat guling2 atas katil
..mata dah merah letih tengok muvi dari petang
..da tak tau nak buat ape
..da puas tido petang tadi,abes keje awal

10:00/10:30 pagi : abes rounds

10.30-1 tengahari : typing discharge summariesssss, do dressingsssssss, removing sutures etc

1:00 petang : balik

4.00 /6:00 petang : evening rounds

5.30 petang : abes rounds.do pending works

6:00-6:30 petang : pulang ke sarang

10.30pg- 6:00 petang : be in operation theatre (OT) (pernah terlajak sampai pukul 8.00 malam)

9:30 malam : keluar dinner

12:00 a.m : titon
